Dowty Gear Pumps are the positive displacement type high speed rotating pumps that are used for the pumping of fluid by moving it repeatedly enclosing in a fixed volume using interlocking cogs teeth transferring it mechanically in a repeated action. These are especially designed for smooth and pulse-free flow which is proportional to the rotational speed of the gears that are fabricated by using heavy engineering materials with less wear and abrasion. Dowty Gear Pumps are ideal for highly viscous fluids such as oil, paints, resins, and foodstuffs like corn syrup, peanut butter, chocolate, sugar, fillers, vegetable fats and oils.
